Allure Gold's 18 Carat gold Layered and filled products are guaranteed not to tarnish, discolour or fade.Allure Golds lifetime warranty does not cover wear and tear of a product. If your customer has any problems with our items simply have them return the item along with a $10 note (posting and handling charge) and a copy of his/her invoice (as this will not be returned) and guarantee slip and send to the address on the guarantee slip.

Please note we will only accept returns direct from the seller within 4 weeks of the sale date. After this time the customer must return the item direct to us.
